  Bought a gingerbread snow globe that broke just a week later. I tried to exchange it for the exact same thing. The store had no more of that exact snow globe. Because I did not keep the receipt they gave me store credit, which is fine. But, the co-manager under-priced the globe and only agreed that he did so once I showed him one similar in size and decor(which was still smaller than the one I had brought in) Said he would "work with me" but then kept saying over and over again how disturbed he was that I had said I felt I was being ripped off (which I have every right to feel and every right to say so). Felt like I was being ripped off just because I did not have the receipt, treating me like I was lying or something. Left with the broken globe and a general disgust for the whole situation.
