  Beware! I had a warranty service scheduled for the "afternoon" waited around all day. At 4:53 I received a phone call but missed it. I was never told that I would have to answer the phone before they would come. We called the main office multiple times. We were told "he is still in town, don't give up on us yet. We have your ticket." We called back at 5:05 and we were told by another person, "Sometimes he works until 6 or 7." Never a word about needing to receive phone call. NEVER! My advice, stay far, far away. But if you must use them then make sure that they have multiple phone numbers and make absolutely sure that you don't do anything that could possibly cause you to miss one phone call.
