  I called in and asked if they took links outy of watches. Of course they said yes they do. So I went in. The guy in the store behind the counter was rude from the get go. Looked at the watch on my wrist for like 2 seconds, then asked me to see watch. I handed hikm the watch he then took out his little magnifying glass. Looked at it and then looked at me and said. "Nope. No one will ever be able to get the pins out to take a link out. They are basically cemented in there" those were his exact words. I have a witness. I left that store. Went down the street to another jewelry store. They not only did the job. They did it fast and cheaper than what Alexander's was gonna charge. I jus wasn't pleased with the rudeness from the employee and was not pleased with his answer. He basically acted like he was jus lazy and didn't wanna mess with it. Like he thought 8 dollars wasn't worth his precious time. Well he lost that and more because I actually was looking for something for my wife. Well I dropped 1300 dollars at the place that actually took the time to mess woth taking a link out. They got 5 dollars for that. And another 1300 on jewelry for my wife
